Located on the south shore of Quesnel Lake in British Columbia’s Cariboo region, Plato Island Resort & Marina offers a rare opportunity to experience one of Canada’s most remarkable freshwater landscapes.

Quesnel Lake is widely recognized as one of the deepest inland fjord lakes in the world. Spanning more than 260 square kilometres with approximately 800 kilometres of shoreline, it remains largely untouched. Surrounded by old-growth forests, pristine watersheds, and mountain scenery, this landscape has changed very little over thousands of years.
